3.0 below. The Contractor shall administer any applicable manufacturer's warranty for Contractor-furnished equipment. All components furnished or purchased by the government will be retained by the government at the end of this contract term.
Scope:

Technicians will be responsible for initial troubleshooting support, emergency response, on-site training (hands-on support instruction to government O&M providers), peripheral equipment support, and project/engineering support as required. The technician will be on site Monday through Friday between 0800 - 1645 Japan Standard Time and will receive day to day direction from the Site Lead or the Contracting Officer’s Representative at the respective location. The contractor shall ensure that remote engineers are available to help diagnosis and solve any switch issues that the onsite tech requires assistance

Inability by the contractor to obtain, or delay in obtaining, required passports, visas or other requirements for overseas support, shall not be construed as a cause for an excusable delay in performance of the contract.
