FINANCE DEPARTMENT
CONTRACTS & PROCUREMENT DIVISION
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION LETTER #1
June 3, 2022
RFP NO. 223066
FOR: Water Resources Planning and Support
CLOSING DATE: June 10, 2022 AT 4:00 PM (LOCAL TIME)
The following is a Question and Answer received on this RFP:
1. Q) In Section 4.1.4 (Cost/Billing Rates), the RFP says that “proposals will be evaluated based on the anticipated time required by staff classification and loaded hourly rates plus other items as necessary to accomplish the given tasks.” Likewise, Section
3.1.3 asks for fully loaded billing rates and an overall fee structure to accomplish the given tasks. Does the City wish to see a sample budget for tasks we expect to occur during this contract? Or is the City simply looking for a rate schedule that includes fully loaded rates for each team member?
A) Provide a rate schedule for those involved in the project, no mockup of a budget is required at this point.
