SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION LETTER #1
April 20, 2022
RFP NO. 223042
FOR: Hydrogeological Support of the Aquifer Storage and Recovery
Program
CLOSING DATE: April 29, 2022, AT 4:00 PM (LOCAL TIME)
The following are Questions and Answers received on this RFP:
1. Q) How will Cost/Billing Rates be evaluated? The RFP states “3.1.4 Cost/Billing
Rates: Present fully loaded billing rates for individuals assigned to the project and for other team members and an overall fee structure to accomplish the given tasks.”
Does this mean that the proposal should include a full cost estimate of all four tasks listed, or is a particular staff mix assumed by the City? Should the anticipated cost be for one year?
A) The City is looking for costs associated with any staff that would/could be working on any of the tasks as outlined. Projects may fluctuate throughout the year based on needs. The City is not looking for full cost estimates for the full four tasks.
2. Q) Regarding 3.1.2 Project Experience: Should “your firm” be replaced with “the client’s” in “…Include your firm’s name, address, phone number, and email address” in order to obtain reference information for the two projects?
A) No, the City is looking for your firm’s information.
