About this file

This is an amendment to a solicitation for civil works and flood recovery services under a multiple award task order contract (MATOC) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) vehicle. The amendment changes the response date from August 14, 2020 to August 21, 2020 in order to allow for additional questions and answers by August 10, 2020. It also replaces sections of the original solicitation related to evaluation criteria, specifications, and terms and conditions. The solicitation is seeking proposals from contractors for civil works and flood recovery services to be awarded under a MATOC IDIQ by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District. Contractors will compete for future task orders for work such as construction, repair, rehabilitation, and reconstruction services after flooding or other natural disasters.
