It seems that the request for proposals was only published in English. Is there an official version in Spanish?Yes. Translated PWS provided.
Can we present the proposal and its annexes in Spanish?Yes
The request for proposals states: “3. References – Provide at least two current client references, to include a brief description of the work provided, as well as the contact name, current address, current phone number and current email address of each reference. Contractor shall send Attachment D – Assessment Tool, to each listed reference and direct each client to send the completed Attachment D”. Please could you confirm if we should include the references in Attachment D - Assessment Tool, or if it would be better in Attachment E - Questions for References. Please utilized Attachment E for this.
Can we modify the formulae in Annex 4 Attachment F - Pricing Worksheet? The reason is that at the moment, the formula in the "Total" column is, for each year, multiplying the fee per audit/orientation by the total number of audits/orientations planned for the 5 years (60/61), rather than just the number in that year (12/13).Yes
There are 32 orientations mentioned in Annex 4 Attachment F - Pricing Worksheet. Is there a planned schedule for which year they will take place, like the distribution you provide for the 61 audits? The number of orientations is an estimate based on projections of new grants awarded in the next 5 years. Orientations are performed for new grants only, and fluctuate based on country portfolio. Currently the estimate is up to 8 orientations the first year and up to 6 for the ramaining 4 years.
We would like to know if this is a brand new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services.IAF contracts for audit services run for 5 years and when contracts expire after 5 years a new competitive solicitation is published.
