About this file
This is Amendment 002 to RFQ 20342325Q00005 for Pool Maintenance Services at the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) in Washington, D.C., issued by the Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service on November 26, 2024.
The amendment provides government responses to two vendor questions, clarifying that the required 96 maintenance visits per year (twice weekly) are not distributed evenly across 52 weeks, but represent a minimum number of visits required. The amendment also confirms that the incumbent pricing is based on a 5-year period. This RFQ is for a firm-fixed-price contract with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, running from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2029.
