2) For the Same SEN, renewal and upgrade requests have both been mentioned separately. Does it mean that both upgrades and renewals are required simultaneously in the same quote?

e.g Say 2000 users’ renewal is required along with upgrade from 2000 to 5000 users for SEN 45155542.

Response: Only one price proposal is required for renewal with upgrade to 5000 users, 250 for Bamboo and Bitbucket remains at 500 users.

3) Could you please elaborate what is the scope in the Surge support? Is it related to some implementation or license request or something else?

Response: Due to the significant increase in interest and the implementation of new workloads with TCloud environment, we experience a surge in demand for Atlassian. TCloud currently supports workloads in 8 of the 10 bureaus at the Treasury TCloud is available in AWS (Amazon Web Services) and is expanding to the following CSP (Cloud Service Providers), Microsoft Azure and OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) over the next year and additional workloads have pushed our current capacity to its limit.
