About this file
This document contains government responses to additional questions on Amendment 0002 to Solicitation Number 2032H323R00030 from the Department of the Treasury for global maritime information source international ship tracking and port of call registries subscription services. The government responses indicate the solution should include capabilities such as artificial intelligence to assess vessel risk, the ability to identify automatic identification system manipulations and gaps exceeding 18 months of historical data, and technology experienced in fusing multi-source marine industry data. Pricing should be based on concurrent user licenses allowing flexibility across projects. Tiered pricing providing volume discounts for additional licenses between 10 to 30 is acceptable.
The responses suggest the solicitation seeks a subscription service providing global maritime vessel tracking data and analytics. The solution should leverage artificial intelligence and integrate diverse data sources to identify suspicious vessel behavior, sanctions evasion, and fishing or narcotics violations. Comprehensive historical vessel data exceeding 18 months is required along with capabilities to detect automatic identification system manipulation techniques. Pricing should offer concurrent licensing and tiered discounts for increased quantities.
