The notice number is 2031ZA26N00015, with PCS/FSC Code 6810 (Chemicals) and NAICS Code 325910 (Printing Ink Manufacturing). The point of contact is Wesley Rankins, Contracting Officer, at wesley.rankins@bep.gov.

Respondents must submit information including their DUNS number, organization details, technical and administrative points of contact, literature and test samples demonstrating capability to supply all four ink types, delivery history with customer references, and confirmation of whether their products meet the FAR 2.101 definition of commercial products. Responses should also indicate GSA Schedule availability and acceptable contract lengths ranging from 60 to 120 months. The notice emphasizes that this is not a solicitation or promise to award, and all response costs are the respondent's responsibility. The BEP anticipates issuing a formal solicitation at a later date (TBD) with a tentative five-year period of performance, seeking to identify alternate sources capable of supplying production-ready material samples for testing and evaluation. Responses should be emailed to the point of contact by the stated open response period deadline.
