1. How often are repairs and alterations needed? On average what are the amount of items that are being fixed? Is there flexibility with the turnaround time or communication beforehand?

Response: The number of repairs and alternations are not known. The number of items that were fixed/repaired in the past is not known. For evaluation purposes, the solicitation provides an annual estimate. Turnaround time and communication related to repairs can be discussed with the COR should a repair service is needed. There is no flexibility regarding other PWS turnaround times.

2. Are there any limitations on who can bid on the contract? If we as a start-up can bid on it with no past performance?

Response: Per the solicitation, the BEP is not looking for a consulting service to subcontract/manage the services. Offeror shall have the facilities, transportation, resources, and personnel to perform all the services. If an offeror has no past performance, offeror may not be assessed favorably or unfavorably for past performance.

3. What is the weekly estimate of the clothes that need to be serviced?

Response: Weekly estimate is 75 items/week.
