About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document from the Senate Appropriations Committee (SAA) addressing bidder inquiries regarding a federal contract opportunity.
The document contains three questions from offerors. Question 1 addresses the unavailability of Attachment J-01 Radio Equipment Schedule on sam.gov. The SAA response requires offerors to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and submit it via email to nicole_barnes@saa.senate.gov before receiving access to the restricted attachment. Question 2 requests a complete equipment list, with the SAA directing the offeror to follow the process outlined in Question 1. Question 3 inquires about an existing contract and contract number for the service. The SAA clarifies that this information is not required for offerors to submit a responsive proposal.
