This is an amended Request for Quote (RFQ) from the Department of the Air Force for annual boiler inspection and maintenance services at Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts. RFQ FA283526Q0008 solicits a non-personal service requirement for all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to perform annual inspections, testing, and maintenance of four boiler units, one Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG), and related systems at the Central Plant. The scope includes inspection of thirteen auxiliary valves. The period of performance is 30 days after receipt of order (ARO).

The quote submission deadline is 4:00 PM EST on 3 September 2026, extended from the original deadline of 2 September 2026. All offers must remain valid for a minimum of 90 days. Contractors must submit a signed SF1449 form and a revised Bid Schedule reflecting the corrected thirteen-valve count. Quotes must be submitted directly to both the contract specialist (luis.cruz.8@us.af.mil) and the contracting officer (anthony.coit@us.af.mil) with read receipts requested; offers must NOT be posted to SAM.gov. Late or incomplete submissions will be deemed non-responsive and excluded from consideration. A technical correction updated the auxiliary valve inventory count from twelve to thirteen valves across all solicitation attachments to ensure consistency with the Performance Work Statement.
