About this file

The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary labor, equipment, tools, dollies, carts, and packing supplies to complete the work. Materials must be packed using methods appropriate to item type to prevent damage during handling, transport, storage, and unpacking. The contractor must maintain detailed itemized inventory records identifying packed items, container numbers, and destination locations to support retrieval and re-shelving operations.
Storage must occur in a secure environment protecting materials from loss, damage, dust, moisture, pests, and unauthorized access. All transit must utilize fully enclosed commercial moving vehicles such as box trucks or vans; open-bed transport is prohibited. Materials must be returned in organized condition to facilitate efficient shelving and use. The contractor must complete packing and removal of all items no later than August 15, 2026, and finish return and unpacking operations by September 25, 2026. The contractor must possess the labor force, equipment, and facility footprint to handle the simultaneous packing, transport, and storage of the full 230 cubic meter volume.
