The City does not establish pricing in this RFQ; instead, consultants will provide estimated costs for each individual assignment based on identified deliverables as projects arise. All design work ownership resides with the City of Decatur, and consultants must deliver final camera-ready artwork and native design files in editable, high-resolution formats. Consultants must demonstrate experience developing culturally competent visual communications for diverse audiences, ability to deliver high-quality services under tight deadlines, and experience working effectively with government agencies and local government staff.
