D. The CDRPA must be notified of any change in Superintendent or other supervisory personnel on the project. Failure of the new superintendent to have complete knowledge of the project shall not relieve the Contractor from compliance with the Contract or with any changes, decisions, or directions occurring prior to the assignment of the new superintendent.

3.03 Subcontractors

A. Within 10 days of the Notice of Award of Contract, the Contractor shall furnish in writing to the CDRPA, through the Architect or Engineer, a complete listing of all subcontractors, lower tier subcontractors, and principal suppliers to be used on the work.
