About this file

This is an addendum to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by the Town of Farragut, Tennessee for Tourism, Marketing & Public Relations Services (RFQ No. 2026-09). The Town is seeking a full-service agency to provide comprehensive digital and content marketing services, including strategic planning, creative development, social media management, email marketing, video and photography production, digital advertising campaign planning across multiple platforms (Tripadvisor, Meta, Groundtruth), brand assessment and strategy, e-newsletter design and curation, and campaign performance analysis with detailed reporting on key performance metrics. The RFQ specifies that proposals must be submitted in physical form to the Town of Farragut's municipal offices at 11408 Municipal Center Dr, Farragut, TN 37934 by the deadline stated in the original RFQ documents. The Town emphasizes that it maintains in-house video production capabilities and is seeking a single vendor capable of executing all outlined services. All communications regarding the RFQ must be directed to Anissa Pratte, Staff Accountant, at apratte@townoffarragut.org.

This is a Request for Qualifications, meaning pricing information should not be included in proposals and vendor selection will be based solely on qualifications and experience. Proposers must acknowledge receipt of all issued addenda, and failure to do so will result in bid rejection. Proposals submitted via email or received after the deadline will not be accepted, and the Town assumes no responsibility for delivery delays. Section G of the proposal allows vendors to submit supplemental experience information for Evaluation Committee consideration. The vendor evaluation will focus on demonstrated experience in digital marketing, content creation, campaign planning, brand strategy, and analytics capabilities across multiple platforms.
