Finalists will be evaluated using substantially similar questions and the evaluation criteria stated in Section 4.4. Following the interviews, evaluation committee members may revise their initial scores based on information presented or clarified during the interview. Any revised scores must remain based on the published evaluation criteria.

The final ranking will be based on the evaluation committee’s scores following completion of the finalist interviews.

4.6 References and Verification

The District may verify any information contained in a proposal, contact references or former clients, review publicly available lobbying and disclosure records, and request additional information necessary to evaluate a firm’s qualifications or responsibility.

4.7 Selection and Negotiation

If the District is unable to reach an acceptable agreement with that firm, the District may discontinue negotiations and begin negotiations with the next highest-ranked firm.
