All prices are firm for one year; price adjustments for renewal periods may be considered based on the U.S. Department of Labor's Consumer Price Index (Washington-Arlington-Alexandria, DC-VA-MD-WV) but cannot exceed three percent or the CPI-U increase, whichever is less.
