Award of contracts will be made to vendors offering the best unit prices, with the maximum upset value per contract set at $750,000. Bidders must provide unit pricing for base moving services and are required to include separate pricing for offsite storage, packing services, and packing materials, though these ancillary services will not be used in determining the low bidder with the exception of the base rate for packing services for elderly and disabled households.
