About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) Session 2 for a Request for Information (RFI) related to Religious Services for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The Q&A addresses staffing details for the religious services contract, specifically clarifying personnel requirements for multiple detention facilities.
The document confirms two key staffing points: (1) two personnel will work at each location - one chaplain and one program manager, and (2) either the chaplain or program manager will be on 24-hour on-call duty per location. The answers reference the Performance Work Statement (PWS) section 4.3 Personnel for additional details, directing interested parties to consult that document for comprehensive personnel requirements.
