Delivery methods vary by kit type, ranging from bulk warehouse delivery to direct-to-event shipping with at least ten days' notice required. The contractor must maintain a single project manager point of contact, participate in monthly status meetings, arrange and pay for all shipping via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other agreed providers, and maintain a 95% shipping timeline compliance rate.
