The contractor must provide 2,520 gallons of 100LL aviation fuel for multiple aircraft performers, including RAG Wings B-25, AAM C-47, C-54 Candy Bomber, Jersey Jerks T-6, B-29 DOC, and Extreme Flight, with varying fuel and engine oil needs.
The PWS mandates the contractor supply fuel trucks capable of dispensing at least 3,500 gallons of 100LL daily, provide wheel chocks, tie-downs, and grounding cables, and deliver 24 sealed 55-gallon drums of specific smoke oil types from approved manufacturers like Chevron, Shell, and Phillips 66. The contractor must coordinate fuel transport to JB MDL or a nearby airfield within 30 nautical miles, service aircraft safely and timely, and maintain $1 million per aircraft/occurrence liability insurance. The government will only pay for fuel used, with unused fuel returned to the contractor.
