About this file
The document is a Qualification Form for the Littlefork Area Right-of-Way Invasive Species Treatment project, solicitation number 2025-735, issued by a state agency (likely in Minnesota). The qualification form outlines specific requirements for contractors interested in performing herbicide application for invasive species management along rights-of-way. Contractors must demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in broadcast forest herbicide or roadside application using ground equipment, and on-site applicators must have a minimum of 1 year of herbicide application experience. The form requires contractors to prove their ability to identify target invasive plants including spotted knapweed, common tansy, wild parsnip, non-native thistle, and reed canary grass in their early summer growth stage.
The qualification requirements include mandatory licensing, specifically that each applicator must have a current license recognized by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture to commercially apply herbicides (MN Category A, plus G or J, or equivalent). Contractors must submit proof of licensure with their bid, including applicator names, positions, years of experience, type of work, Minnesota license categories, and license numbers. The form emphasizes that incomplete or non-responsive submissions may be rejected at the state's sole discretion, and the state reserves the right to verify and clarify qualification information before making an award.
