About this file
This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB) seeking information about vendors capable of providing a long-term cannabis reporting and traceability solution to replace their current Cannabis Central Reporting System (CCRS). The RFI responses are due by 3:00 PM Pacific Time on March 31, 2025. The system must be intuitive, reliable, secure, and capable of meeting current and future industry regulations.
The RFI encourages participation from small businesses, minority and women's business enterprises (MWBE), and veteran-owned businesses, though no preferences or minimum participation requirements are specified. No cost estimates or specific pricing requirements are outlined in the RFI, though respondents are asked to provide high-level cost estimates and fee structures in their responses. The WSLCB notes that this RFI is for research purposes only and will require approved funding to move forward with any additional decisions, including a potential Request for Proposal (RFP).
