| Q | A |
| Will all OH Door(s) preexisting conditions pre/post award and items found during PM’s requiring repair/replacement (as reported on deficiencies report) be requested for separate pricing for repair/replacement and those addition costs will not be solely the financial responsibility of the awarded contractor as they would not fall under the cost of the actual PM requirements notated within the PM Components task description list? | OH Door(s) preexisting conditions pre/post award and items found during PM’s requiring repair/replacement (as reported on deficiencies report) will not be requested for separate pricing for repair/replacement.
