What are the dimensions of the flow meter pipe? 30” x 45” flange to flange.

S4 shows measurements.

How far is the display mounted from the flow meter?

<10’ on the “as the crow flies”.

When we pull the flow meter out will it require bypass?

Yes

If so, do you have plans or a scope of work including a sketch on bypass?

It will require a bypass and the method is optional to the contractor.

What is the amount of flow that we are trying to bypass?

The peak flow amount to be bypassed at that time of year is approximately 22 mgd and that should be on the safe side.
