About this file
This document is an Addendum to an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the City of Eugene's Public Works Wastewater Division for the Digester and Sludge Holding Tank (SHT) Coatings project, ITB 20242064. The addendum provides responses to questions raised during the pre-bid meeting, including information on the current coating, drawing details, drain protection, wall coating termination, keyway locations, expected resurfacing depth, and the project completion timeline. The work includes recoating the interior digester roof and making coating repairs to the interior sludge holding tank lid. The project is located in Eugene, Oregon, within Lane County. The City is willing to negotiate the project completion date, but there are operational advantages to meeting the original 70-day timeline.
The addendum also clarifies that the contractor will be responsible for debris disposal, and the City can dewater the sludge holding tank in the event of unexpected water. All other terms, conditions, and specifications of the solicitation remain unchanged.
