Companies outside of the US are permitted to submit proposals. If submitting a proposal from outside of the US, please include any relevant information on how you would approach time zone concerns.

We work with a variety of software vendors including SHI, CDWG, Dell.

c. In addition to PCs, servers, and virtual machines, our solution supports any devices connected to the network, including routers, switches, IoT devices, printers, IP phones, etc. Do you know how many such devices that you have in your environment?

Routers and switches = 317 Access points = 397 Printers = 235 IP Phones = 1330 IoT devices = 200 (cameras, badge readers, speakers)

d. How many firewalls are in your environment and of that number, how many are 10 Gb vs 1Gb / 2.5Gb?

Firewalls = 24

10GB = 4

1 / 2.5GB = 20

RFI 20242007, Addendum 1 2

e. Our solution integrates with Microsoft solutions, including Windows Defender, Azure Cloud, Office 365, etc. Are you OK if we propose an integration with WD or is your preference to switch to a different managed Endpoint Protection Solution? We can offer either option at different price points.

We prefer to maintain Windows Defender as our endpoint protection solution and integrate with it.

f. Our solution includes a managed SIEM. I'm assuming that you do not currently have a third party SIEM in place?

We do not currently have a third party SIEM in place, we are interested in seeing both options.
