About this file
This document is a Prime Contractor Response Qualification Form for Solicitation #2024-922 issued by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for Semi-Tractor and Driver for Live Fish Transportation. The DNR is seeking bids for the labor, equipment, materials, tools, fuel, transportation, and incidentals necessary to haul the DNR fish transport trailer on approximately 20 trips, or about 9,000 miles per year from DNR cold-water hatcheries (Lanesboro, Peterson, or Crystal Springs) to stocking locations throughout the state. All responses must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal, and a site visit is strongly encouraged prior to submitting a bid. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions, and the State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total.
The pricing for this contract must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, and use tax. A Direct Pay Permit 1114 does not apply to this project. Responses that do not comply with the solicitation will be considered non-responsive and rejected. The State will be the determining factor if a vendor meets the specifications outlined in the solicitation.
