About this file

This document is a Price Schedule related to a Request for Bid (RFB) issued by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for the Two Harbors Portable Toilets project, Solicitation No. 2024-728. The RFB seeks bids for all labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to provide, deliver, setup, service, pump, maintain, and remove portable toilets at 6 separate sites in Cook, Lake, and St. Louis Counties for the 2024 and 2025 season. The project will run from May to September each year, with an estimated total of 42-48 service trips per site over the 2-year contract period. Responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT portal, and the award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications.

The Price Schedule outlines the pricing for each site, including unit prices per service trip for both standard and ADA-accessible portable toilets. Responders must provide pricing for weekly and as-needed services. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous. The completed Price Schedule must be uploaded in either Microsoft Excel or PDF format, and the State reserves the right to reject any submissions in other formats.
