About this file
The document provided is a response to clarifying questions regarding a Request for Quotes (RFQ) issued by the Clackamas County Public Health Division in Oregon for an Organizational Health Equity Assessment. The RFQ was issued on February 29, 2024, with a response deadline of 2:00 PM PST on the same date. The assessment is intended to survey both the 91 staff members of the Clackamas County Public Health Division as well as an undetermined number of external partners. The county has existing subscriptions to survey platforms such as SurveyMonkey and Qualtrics, which the selected contractor may utilize. The county's policy limits the ability to provide monetary incentives for staff participation, but allows for such incentives for external partners, which would need to be incorporated into the proposed project budget.
The RFQ is specific to the Clackamas County Public Health Division and the city of Oregon City, both located in the state of Oregon. The contract opportunity does not provide any information about pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources, or contract term and renewal options.
