About this file
The document provided is an Addendum to a Request for Information (RFI) for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software issued by Dunn County, Wisconsin. The RFI seeks information and feedback from vendors on available ERP solutions to consolidate the county's multiple decentralized processes and systems into a more functional and centralized model. The addendum clarifies that the county levies property taxes but does not bill for utilities or provide pet licenses, and some departments issue permits to build or operate, but there is no county-specific business license. The RFI response deadline is Friday, July 26th, 2024, at 2:00 pm local time, and Dunn County reserves the right to terminate the selection process at any time and reject any or all offers. The county will not be liable for any pre-contract costs incurred by participating firms.
The RFI is for informational purposes only, and no contract will be awarded as a result. Responses will be used solely for information and planning purposes, and no financial costing or estimates are requested. Respondents are advised not to submit any confidential information, as all responses will be considered part of the public record.
