The vendor must also ensure spare parts availability for at least seven years and be prepared to replace the entire unit if it fails to meet specifications upon inspection. Payment will be contingent on a cross-functional team's evaluation, and AUCVM reserves the right to return the equipment at the vendor's expense if it does not meet their requirements. The bid emphasizes the importance of detailed invoicing, with specific documentation requirements for payment processing.
