About this file
This is Addendum #1 to RFB #2023-07, issued by the County of Portage, Wisconsin on March 15, 2023, regarding an established contract for road materials procurement for the Highway Department. The addendum clarifies specifications for salvaged topsoil, which was added to the bid offer form but lacked corresponding detail in the specification and quantities pages. Salvaged topsoil is specified as loam, sandy loam, silt loam, silty clay loam, or clay loam humus-bearing soils, free of stones greater than four inches and large foreign debris. No specific quantity is designated for salvaged topsoil as it is designated for non-project work.
No additional pricing terms, set-asides, funding requirements, or other salient contract conditions are addressed in this addendum document.
