About this file
This document contains questions and answers regarding solicitation number 20223281034 from the International Boundary and Water Commission U.S.-Mexico seeking trailer mounted, self-priming trash pumps. The pumps must be able to pump at a minimum of 1,000 gallons per minute with a suction head of 30 feet, and will primarily operate for 8 hours per day. No specific pump brand is preferred, and both John Deere and Isuzu engines are acceptable. Warranties of two years for engines and one year for pumps are desired but not required. The government will perform maintenance rather than requiring it be included in bids. Complete pump and trailer units are preferred over separate quotes. The primary use will be pumping liquids with a pH of 6.0 to 7.5.
