About this file
This document is Addendum 1 for the Socorro County, New Mexico Inmate Prescription Services bid, dated 2021-01-415, which modifies the original invitation to bid documents from February 7, 2021. The addendum provides updated information for a bid opportunity for prescription and over-the-counter drugs for the Socorro County Detention Center, including a Zoom meeting link for the bid opening meeting with specific meeting ID and passcode details.
The addendum specifically addresses a clarification regarding the detention center's formulary, noting that Bioplasma has been discontinued by Socorro County since 2019 and should be removed from the formulary provided with the bid form. The procurement seeks to establish a price agreement with licensed pharmacies registered to do business in New Mexico, with the potential for a one-year contract that can be automatically renewed for up to three additional one-year terms, not exceeding four years total. The contract may result in a multiple source award, allowing potential service to cities, counties, and state agencies throughout New Mexico.
