2018 Moving bid - elem maps 3 of 4.pdf

This is a moving bid document, specifically an elementary school facility maps diagram (part 3 of 4), that appears to be associated with a state or local educational institution's relocation or reorganization project. The document provides visual floor plans with color-coded areas indicating the scope of work for the moving services required. The maps identify red-designated auction rooms containing items to be relocated to either Amerman or Moraine facilities, blue-designated storage spaces to remain in place, and yellow-designated rooms to be completely emptied. One map specifically indicates that the main office contains systems furniture requiring relocation. The document serves as a reference guide for bidders to understand the physical layout and extent of moving and asset management activities across multiple elementary school locations.

The document does not contain explicit information regarding pricing terms, contract duration, funding sources, set-asides, award dates, or other financial and administrative details. As a visual reference document within a larger bid package, it functions primarily as a scope clarification tool to ensure bidders understand the physical spaces and items involved in the moving project across the elementary school facilities.
