STATEMENT OF WORK
Department of Homeland Security
Customs and Border Protection
Baltimore Field Office
Area Port of Washington, DC - Dulles
PR: 20150088
I. OBJECTIVE/PURPOSE
The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to specify the requirements for Cabling installation of two (2) Suites 210 and 215 at the Cargo Building 23723 Airfreight Lane, Cargo Building #5C Suite
130, Sterling VA 20166.
II. SCOPE
Furnish labor and materials to install (11) cat 6 data cables to room #210 in Cargo #5
Furnish labor and materials to install (28) cat 6 data cables to room #215 in Cargo #5
Wall rough in is included
Firestopping as needed
Terminate, test and label per CBP in room #260
All work to be performed normal working hours (M-F, 6am-2pm)
Theses installations are in support of CBPs Electronic Collection System II (ECS II) Point of
Sale (POS) Modernization Project.
Within 14 days of award, a site preparation visit is required by vendor with CBP user.
Documentation and certificate of insurance will be provided to building property owner (for the purposes of this contract it will be the Washington Metropolitan Airport Authority) prior to start of work.
Awarded vendor’s employees assigned to the project will be required to undergo vetting and receive a favorable result prior to start of work.
III. REQUIREMENTS
Installation of the below:
• Furnish labor and materials to install (11) cat 6 data cables to room #210 in Cargo #5
• Wall rough in is included.
• Firestopping as needed
• Terminate, test and label per CBP in room #260
• All work to be performed normal working hours (M-F; 6am-2pm)

Power Installation

Furnish of switch or switch components

New panelboards and/or transformers
Repairs to existing conditions to conform to current NEC/MWAA DM
Drywall/Plaster Patching / Painting / Access panels
GPR and/or XRAY of floors/walls
Engineered drawings, BIM, and/or CAD drawings
Fire watch
Permit
Wage Scale
Bond
The vendor will furnish and install data ports, furnish and install necessary conduit and use existing when possible, provide labor to terminate, test and label accordingly.
