About this file
This document is a Solicitation Questions and Answers (Q&A) for RFQ 20149621 for the USBP Tucson Industrial Laundry Service. The Q&A addresses two specific questions regarding uniform color requirements in the Statement of Work. The first question clarifies that garage personnel work shirts shall now be light grey in color, and cargo pants shall be charcoal, replacing previous white/blue pinstripe specifications. The second question reaffirms the removal of the "white/blue" shirt requirement. The colors for each employee/position in section 7 have been updated to reflect this standardized color set, with the exception of welder uniform requirements, which remain unchanged.

SOLICITATION QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (Q&A)
RFQ 20149621: USBP Tucson Industrial Laundry Service
1. Q: Within the Statement of Work (i.e., section 5.a.i.) is a request for a white shirt with dark pin stripes. Can this specific shirt be any other color variation? If so, what are the optional color variations?
A: In an effort to reduce the number of separate colors required and standardize requirements, section 5.a.i. of the Statement of Work has been revised to reflect that all garage personnel work shirts shall be light grey in color. Please note also that the “jeans or cargo pants” color has been revised to charcoal.
Colors for each employee/position listed in section 7 have been updated throughout to reflect this standardized set of colors.
The colors required for welders in section 5.a.ii. remain unchanged.
2. Q: The SOW indicates in multiple locations that “white/blue pinstripe shirt” is required. Please clarify what is meant by “white/blue”?
A: Please see the answer to question 1. “White/blue” requirements have been removed.
