About this file

This document is a set of Questions and Answers related to a federal contract opportunity for Facility Maintenance and Repair services in the Arizona Region. The contract will be awarded through a competitive small business set-aside process. Key details include:

The incumbent contractor is J&J Maintenance, Inc. under Contract #70B01C19D00000053 valued at $24,744,144.95. There are no contract discrepancy reports for the incumbent. The anticipated period of performance is a 12-month base period with four 1-year option periods. Subcontractor past performance is not acceptable, but teaming partner past performance can be used. The government will not extend the proposal due date or allow CPARS in lieu of Past Performance Questionnaires. A site visit is scheduled, and Canadian companies cannot participate as this is a domestic small business set-aside. The government anticipates providing additional Q&A for the Phase II proposal submission.
