Questions for RFP 2011-N-13271

Here are the two questions and answers:

1. Question: “Would it be acceptable to CDC for one contractor to establish working relationships with multiple clinics for the purpose of applying for this RFP, provided each clinic meets the patient sample size and standards stated? “

Answer: No. We are seeking one eligible HIV clinic per contractor.

2. Question: If multiple working relationships are acceptable, should the contractor submit multiple applications or would one application detailing all clinic sites be acceptable?

Answer: Not applicable ( See answer to question No. 1)
