Questions and answers to Solicitation #20085511

Question: Request says pricing must include all taxes and government fees.

What about shipping/delivery fees?

Answer: Yes, the prices are to include delivery and shipping costs. Prices quoted must reflect the total price (including any taxes and/or fees) to the Government.

Question: We were hoping you can give us some more information on the quantity of water that would be ordered from location #2 as it is miles away from our warehouse?

Answer: The quantities of water fluctuate due to apprehensions, weather and mission requirements. The Border Patrol anticipates approximate usage of 180,000 gallons of water per year distributed amongst the thirteen locations. The quantity is unknown at this point in time.

Question: Locations 6, 7, and 8 which are all in the same general area. Will these locations be ordering water for delivery at the same time or will they all be ordering randomly as they need it?

Answer: It is anticipated that each Border Patrol location will order water once or twice per month to be delivered on or about the 1st and 15th of each month. Both the ordering and delivery of water will be coordinated through the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). Delivery locations can be grouped together as the vendor sees fit as long as the Border Patrol receives the requested water on or about the 1st and 15th of each month.

Question: Will there be weekly schedules for each location or they will be ordering as they need the water?

Answer: The Border Patrol will be ordering water as needed once or twice per month to be delivered on or about the 1st and 15th of each month.
