INSTRUCTIONS:
1) The offeror shall provide the fully burdened hourly rate for each labor category listed below for work performed at both Government and Contractor site for the base period and all option periods.
2) The offeror shall propose all labor categories required to perform the scope of the IDIQ;
- Add additional labor categories as needed.
- It is the responsiblity of the offeror to carefully review "Labor Category Descriptions & Min.
Qualifications" tab prior to completing schedule.
3) Any additional labor categories added must include a labor category description on the "Notes and Assumptions" tab. The Government has the discretion on whether to include the labor category in the award.
4) See "Terms and Conditions" section for full text for FAR Clause 52.217-8.
5) It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure all calculations in this worksheet are correct and accurate.
