About this file
This document contains submission instructions for respondents to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) solicitation for labor and parts of radios. All submissions must be made electronically through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com, with respondents required to register before accessing the system. The portal supports Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox with JavaScript and cookies enabled. Vendors are advised to allow at least one business day for uploading large files due to potential delays based on file size and internet speed. All submissions must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized before the posted due date, after which all responses in TDCJ's possession are deemed final, conclusive, and irrevocable with no amendments or corrections permitted. Respondents may withdraw and resubmit responses up until the advertised deadline.
Additional procedural requirements include submitting any requests or questions regarding solicitation specifications through the electronic bid system by specified dates. All amendments will be issued via public notice on the electronic bid system, and respondents bear responsibility for obtaining applicable amendments by checking regularly for postings. Technical support is available through Euna Procurement at support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com or via their vendor knowledgebase at https://customer.eunasolutions.com/public/s/knowledge-base/bonfire-hub. Respondents are strongly recommended to verify successful submission receipt by reviewing documents in their account after receiving a "Submission Complete" status notification, as no changes may be made after the close date. It remains the sole responsibility of the responding organization to ensure response documents successfully arrive before the due date and time.

Submission
It is recommended that once you have completed your final submission and received a notice status of “Submission Complete” from Euna Procurement, you access your account again and review the documents to verify that the correct content has been provided. Once the close date has passed, you will not have an opportunity to change any of the submitted documents.
