The contract covers comprehensive pest control services for approximately 86 facilities, including emergency generators and Cityplace Tunnel locations, with treatments to be performed no more than once every 30 days. The scope includes eradication of various pests such as cockroaches, rats, mice, crickets, ants, and spiders, with the contractor responsible for providing all materials, insecticides, tools, equipment, insurance, permits, and fees necessary to accomplish pest control using modern and professional procedures.

The contractor must have a minimum of five years of continuous commercial pest control experience, with technicians holding current Texas Pest Control Licenses and company security badges. Services include preventive and follow-up treatments for rail and bus transit facilities, with the ability to treat for additional pests like bees upon request. The contractor must respond to infestations within two business days and provide documentation of all treatments, including materials used and treatment dates. While specific pricing details are not fully specified, the document indicates that pricing will be based on unit costs per station, bee removal service, and flea eradication treatment. The contractor must comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including EPA requirements, and must have an entomologist on staff.
