About this file

This is a Statement of Work for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to supply fire and emergency services boots to the Department of Defense Fire Department. The contract requires Berry Amendment compliance, meaning all materials must be sourced from the United States.

The contractor must supply two types of boots: 150 pairs of Station boots (Honeywell PRO-Warrington Model #3003 or Berry-compliant equivalent) annually, and 100 pairs in the base year or 64 pairs in the option year of Proximity/Structural boots (Globe PROXIMITY 14-inch Pull-On or Berry-compliant equivalent). Station boots must be 8 inches high, black leather, with a reinforced toe, safety features including a steel shank and puncture-resistant bottom plate, frontal zipper insert, and a Vibram lug non-marking sole with fire-retardant compound. Any vendor submitting a bid must provide sample pairs (size 10-E) to CNRSW HQ FEDFIRE in San Diego for evaluation. The contract period runs from January 30, 2026 to January 29, 2027 (Base Year) with one 12-month option year extending to January 29, 2028. Payment is processed through WAWF with invoices submitted to the COR and Financial POC. Shipping costs are included in the purchase price, and if boots do not fit the recipient upon receipt, the vendor will replace them at no cost to the end user.

STATEMENT OF WORK

FY26 CNRSW FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES (F&ES) STATION &

STRUXIMITY BOOT IDIQ
