About this file
This document is a Single Source Advertisement from the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) for Phonak and Roger hearing aid parts and repair services for fiscal year 2022-2023. FSDB is seeking a sole source provider for these goods and services, with an estimated not-to-exceed amount of $19,999.99. Phonak U.S. is the intended source, as they are the manufacturer and sole provider of Roger products, which cannot be resold by other entities. Phonak is the only company equipped and trained to provide ongoing service and maintenance for these products. The advertisement is open for 15 business days, during which vendors who feel they can fulfill this procurement are encouraged to provide information demonstrating their capabilities.
The justification for this single source procurement is that Phonak is the only source for the required Phonak and Roger hearing aid parts and repair services. Using a service company other than Phonak would invalidate the product warranties. There are no other sources available for these specific parts and repair services.
