About this file

This is a signature page for a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the University of Texas at Dallas, part of The University of Texas System, seeking advertising and marketing services for Executive Education programs. The RFP solicits proposals from qualified vendors to provide strategic advertising and marketing support for graduate-level programs including the Executive MBA, Customized Online MBA, and MS in Leadership and Organizational Development. The selected partner will manage and optimize paid media campaigns across search, display, and social platforms to generate higher-quality leads, enhance targeting strategies, increase brand awareness, and deliver measurable, ROI-focused outcomes through data-driven reporting and ongoing optimization. The proposal requires submission of vendor information including company name, Federal ID number, address, contact information, and authorized signature to constitute a legal response.

The signature page outlines several procurement options and certifications available to proposers. Vendors may make their offers available under Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) such as TXMAS, BUYBOARD, E&I, DIR, UT Alliance, Premier, ESC Region 19, and Vizient, with the option to extend pricing to other University of Texas System institutions or additional government agencies. Proposers are encouraged to consider pricing that accounts for potential higher volumes from expanded use across UT System's nine academic and six health universities. The page includes optional certifications for vendors that qualify as Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) certified by Texas or as Small Business Administration (SBA) entities under government-wide procurement preference goaling programs. All proposers are required to comply with the terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications outlined in the complete RFP documentation.

_____ Check here if you would like to make this offer available to other UT schools. Group Purchase Authority

Texas law authorizes institutions of higher education (defined by Section 61.003, Education Code) to use the group purchasing procurement method (ref. Sections 51.9335, 73.115, and 74.008, Education Code). Additional Texas institutions of higher education may therefore elect to enter into a contract with the successful Proposer under this RFP. In particular, Proposer should note that University is part of The University of Texas System ("UT System"), which is comprised of nine academic and six health universities described at http://www.utsystem.edu/institutions. UT System institutions routinely evaluate whether a contract resulting from a procurement conducted by one of the institutions might be suitable for use by another, and if so, this could give rise to additional purchase volumes. As a result, in submitting its proposal in response to this RFP, Proposer should consider proposing pricing and other commercial terms that take into account such higher volumes and other expanded opportunities that could result from the eventual inclusion of other institutions in the purchase contemplated by this RFP.
