About this file

This is a Cost Proposal Form (Attachment B) for RFP 6231 issued by Ventura County, California, for the implementation of a Cost Accounting and Decision Support System for the Ventura County Medical Systems. The proposed solution must integrate with the County's existing financial platforms, including the Electronic Health Record (Cerner Millennium), General Ledger, Payroll (Oracle VCHRP), and other data source systems to enable Accounting Cost Modeling, Finance Analytics, Management Reporting, and Productivity Analysis across Ventura County Medical Center Hospital, Santa Paula Hospital, Ambulatory Clinics, and Health Care Agency Administration. The proposal must include implementation, training, maintenance, and support services as part of the comprehensive solution.

Proposers must submit pricing using the standardized form provided, with all fees clearly identified as either one-time or recurring costs. One-time costs include software licensing, hosting, network and storage, customization, installation/implementation, data integration, project management, training and materials, and other costs, with applicable sales tax itemized separately. Recurring annual costs must be provided for a five-year period and include software licensing, hosting, network storage, professional services and account management, and any other ongoing costs. The County will not reimburse travel or out-of-pocket expenses. Proposers offering on-site support components must include both remote and on-site rates in their pricing. Vendors may supplement the standardized form with additional pricing documentation for clarity. Items offered at no cost should be designated as "No Cost," and items not applicable to the solution should be marked "N/A."
