About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles for AI Systems Security solutions. The Court is seeking vendor information and market research regarding platforms that address emerging technology risks and threats related to artificial intelligence systems. The requested solutions should provide tools for security analysts, developers, compliance officers, and enterprise risk managers to identify vulnerabilities, detect anomalous model behavior, prevent risky actions, and ensure alignment with emerging AI safety standards. Specific capabilities must include discovery of all running AI Agents, MCPs, Tools, and GenAI use; visualization of AI systems' security posture and violations; discovery and remediation of vulnerabilities; data lineage tracing and model decision logic for auditability; and risk response through dashboards and workflows. Additional desired services include AI red-teaming, agent simulations, runtime protection endpoints with policy options, and ongoing education and consulting services. All responses must be submitted electronically through the Court's Online Procurement Website at https://lacourt.bonfirehub.com (Bonfire). Specific timeline dates for question deadlines and submission deadlines are available on the Bonfire platform and are subject to change at the Court's discretion.
Vendor responses should include an executive summary describing the proposed solution and firm capabilities, a technical approach and work plan explaining how the firm will meet the Court's needs, and general pricing information. The platform must be capable of being hosted on the Court's own infrastructure. This RFI is explicitly stated to be for planning and informational purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or binding contract. The Court has no obligation to reimburse respondents for expenses associated with responding, return responses, or respond to submissions in any manner. The bid contact for this opportunity is Melissa Bustos. As the largest unified trial court in the United States with nearly 600 courtrooms, over 4,500 full-time employees, and 38 Court locations serving 88 cities, the Los Angeles Superior Court represents a significant opportunity for vendors with relevant AI security and monitoring capabilities.
